We have an Aunt Jemima in our house these days. Lydia is obsessed with wearing the bag for her blocks on her head. She LOVES it. I think she's pretending to have long hair! Admission: I used to wear a pillow case or towel or whatever else I could think of on my head and pretended it was long hair. 
So I thought since she liked that on her head we could try a head band. This is the only picture I captured before the head band was off and being tortuously twisted in her hands. Oh well, I tried.

lil story for you: jon is doing his test so i am sitting here listening to my ipod and playing on the internet. I get to your blog post and i just start laughing out loud like a crazy person and he was like WHAT is going on... then he realized I was laughing at my lyd bug and said "you're obsessed"... pretty much sums it up.

She looks so adorable with that headband. Jacob loved wearing pants on his head too. He thought it was so funny.
I don't really remember you wearing pillow cases on your head, but its a good idea. I've always secretly wanted to wear a wig for a day and see what it would be like to pull my hair up into a pony tail.
the headband is adorable. You need to put it on her and teach her 'pretty' and let her see in the mirror so that she wants to keep it on. at least thats what I would try!
